When native New Yorkers and Corner Table Restaurants co-founders Glenn Harris and Jeffrey Lefcourt crossed paths in the early-nineties, they realized that their combination of culinary expertise and passion for hospitality would produce amazing results.  Their friendship soon evolved into a business partnership in April 2001 when the duo opened Jane.

Jane, an American bistro, located in Greenwich Village, where hospitality and great food take center stage, immediately became a neighborhood favorite.

Since opening Jane, Corner Table Restaurants has opened two more restaurants with the same emphasis on hospitality, quality, and great value.

The Neptune Room, opened in 2004 bringing the honest bold, inviting flavors of the Mediterranean to the upper west side.  With our full raw bar and spectacular brunch the Upper West Side has embraced The Neptune Room.

In November of 2007 Corner Table Restaurants opened The Smith, an American brasserie.  In the heart of the East Village, The Smith serves breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner every day in a casual upbeat environment.
